•Each lesson will consist of 45-55 minutes of instruction either in person or virtual.

•Lessons will begin within 15 minutes of scheduled start time.

•Students should leave the studio when their lesson has ended.

•Payment will be made on a monthly basis. Scheduling changes for the month will take place during the first week of the month and payment is due by the second week.

•All cancellations should be made as early as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will be charged as a full lesson. Absences due to illness will be discussed on an individual basis or flip to virtual.

•A no-show online or in person will not be rescheduled or refunded.
